Vera Roasting Company (“VRC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which includes our affiliated companies, is aware that you may wish to be informed about how your personally identifying data and information, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone/fax numbers, credit/debit card information, demographic information, gender information and responses to survey questions (“Data”) that you may provide to VRC, are treated. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to explain our use of your Data as well as our precautions to keep your Data confidential and secure. By ordering our products and using our services, you are consenting to the Data collection and use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify our Policy and invite you to consult this Policy from time to time in order to familiarize yourself with any changes. We will post any new Policy on our websites, changing the date at the bottom of such Policy. The terms of this Policy are without prejudice to any contractual terms you may enter into with us, which shall prevail over the terms of this Policy.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will update the Privacy Policy modification date below. This policy was effective on September 10, 2021 as the initial release for Shopify implementation.

DO WE USE 'COOKIES'?

Yes. NEVADA PRIVACY NOTICE

If you are a Nevada resident, under Privacy and Security of Personal Information Chapter of the Nevada Revised Statutes Section 603A (“603A”), you have the right to submit a verified request to us, directing us not to make any sale of certain “personal information” as defined under this law that we have collected or will collect about you. As of the date of this Policy, we do not knowingly engage in the “sale” of “personal information” of Nevada residents. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the 'My Account' section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses and payment information. VRC may have databases in different jurisdictions.
