Our coffee is exclusively sourced from Central America, typically high altitude farms in Honduras or Nicaragua. We only source premium coffee, organic and fair trade coffee.
WHY DO YOU ONLY OFFER MEDIUM ROAST?
Our roast profile is optimized for taste while being rich in anti-oxidants and low in acidity. Studies have consistently shown that light and medium roast Arabica beans have more nutritional value than dark-roasted Arabica beans because they retain more heart-healthy antioxidants.
