COVID-19 & How We Are Responding

We know you’ve been inundated with information about Covid-19, but we thought it was time to take a few minutes to let you know the steps we are taking to protect everyone while dealing with the crisis. Starting on 3/15, our employees who are able to work remotely have been instructed to do so. We have also cancelled or postponed all our public events for the foreseeable future. We were so looking forward to sharing our new Nitro Cold Brew Coffee with everyone, and we hope that once summer arrives we will be able to hit the road again.

When it comes to roasting and shipping coffee, we are taking maximum precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. Food and beverage preparation is considered an essential service in New Hampshire, so while we continue to roast and ship coffee, the facility is closed to the public. Outside of work, employees are staying home in accordance with state orders and have been practicing social distancing since the middle of March.

While roasting and packaging coffee, employees are wearing gloves, a mask, and goggles to prevent anyone from touching their face while working. Luckily, we’ve always practiced contactless delivery and the risk of spreading coronavirus through surfaces is thought to be very low. As long as you continue to wash your hands and take adequate precautions, there is likely no additional risk from surface contact.

We really appreciate everyone’s support during these strange new times! We understand the need for a good cup of coffee to provide comfort during a crisis and are committed to keeping it in stock and easily available. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions and let us know if there’s any way that we can assist you. Stay safe! We are all in this together.
